Lyncs online accounting is available from € 22.50 (excl. VAT) per month. Depending on the functionalities required, this monthly amount may rise to a maximum of € 75 (excl. VAT) for all functionalities. In practice the subscription of € 22.50 per month is sufficient for many users.

Lyncs online accounting is dependent on other parties for this. Since Microsoft has ceased the maintenance of Internet Explorer for the Macintosh, this browser-version will always fall behind the developments on the browser versions of the PC. It is now also possible to log on with Firefox as Internet browser with the Macintosh.
Data can not only be displayed on your screen, but exported for example to XLS, TXT and HTML format. Lyncs online accounting is a modern online system that is able to make real-time links with other applications such as cash systems, webshops and other databases etc. This can be done both manually and automatically via file management and via SOAP (XML).
In principle it is possible for each user to gain access to an unlimited number of financial accounts.
When using Lyncs online accounting you receive a password which you must change the first time you log in. It is also possible to use a Twincard which generates a new unique code each time you log in. There is a charge for this however. A cheaper alternative that is gaining popularity is to use SMS authentication, where on logging in via the SMS you are given an additional code.
It is possible to work with a PC or Macintosh with Internet Explorer 5.x or higher. An Internet connection is of course also necessary. We prefer an ADSL connection, but other Internet connections are of course also possible.

On 4 January 2005 Twinfield (which uses Lyncs online accounting) passed the tax authorities' chain test (ketentest). This means that the Dutch tax authorities have given Twinfield a positive opinion for submitting Turnover Tax and Intra Community Supplies returns via Twinfield.
